📦 SHIPPING POLICY (Bruce & Luke’s Coffee)

Shipping Locations

We ship to all UK mainland addresses.
For Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, and remote locations, delivery times may vary.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.

We roast/pack fresh and aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: Next working day (FedEx)
Remote areas: 2–3 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders over £200 (wholesale) → FREE next-day delivery

  • Retail orders → Calculated at checkout based on weight/location

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If you do not receive this, please contact us at hello@bruceandlukes.com.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver, they will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@bruceandlukes.com within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we’ve made an error, email us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it immediately.

Perishable Goods

Our coffee and food products are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
For quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale customers, deliveries are shipped by FedEx on our commercial account with the same next-day target. Large pallet orders may require additional processing time.
