Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order — such as damaged packaging, incorrect items, or a problem with the quality of the coffee — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bruceandlukes.com.
We will happily investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected..
